What happens after you order, and what happens if something isn't right.

Every volume, or your money back.

If a set arrives missing a volume, or a volume isn't the one described, send it back and we refund in full including return shipping. We count sets by hand twice before they're boxed.

How sets are packed

Sets ship in one box, packed with the volumes braced so spines don't rub in transit.

Dispatch and transit

Orders leave in 1–2 business days via USPS Media Mail, typically arriving 10–14 days later. Flat $5.99 shipping, free over $75.

Returns

30 days from delivery. Returnable in the condition it arrived, in the original packing. If a set arrives incomplete or graded wrong, we cover return shipping and refund in full.

Still deciding?

Ask for more photographs before you order. We keep grading photographs of every set and will send them over — it costs you nothing and it's the closest thing to handling the books yourself.
